Cancellation Policy
- To confirm the booking, the client must pay a €20 deposit. - Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment: full refund of the deposit. - Cancellations less than 24 hours before: no refund of the deposit. - No-shows: no refund or rescheduling allowed. - Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment, but no refund will be given after the original appointment date. - No refunds are provided for vouchers or gift cards. I reserve the right to refuse to provide the massage service or to interrupt the session if I believe that the techniques I use may cause discomfort or pain due to the client's limitations or chronic conditions.
