This session is designed for the days you feel heavy, low, or disconnected. Come back to yourself with nurturing movement, deep rest, and emotional release — once a month or anytime your body asks for it. 🌸 Common signs your body may need this session: - Menstrual cramps or pelvic heaviness; - Mood swings or emotional sensitivity; - Anxiety, irritability, or a sense of disconnect; - Trouble sleeping or feeling "on edge"; - PMS or PDMS symptons; 🌿 What to Expect in Your Session We begin with a short, supportive conversation to understand where you are in your menstrual cycle and how you're feeling — physically, emotionally, and energetically. From there, I guide you through a Yin Yoga practice designed to your needs. Whether you're experiencing cramps, fatigue, mood swings, or emotional sensitivity, each posture is carefully chosen to bring relief, calm your nervous system, and support hormonal balance. The session closes with Reiki energy healing while you rest in Savasana (final relaxation pose).
